Staff

Pastor Mark received his call into the ministry in 1982. This developed into the desire to serve God through pastoral ministries. For over four decades there have been several constants in his life; God is always good, working for Jesus is the greatest job in the whole world, and the love of his family.  Mark is most passionate about seeing the Gospel of Jesus Christ make a positive difference in someone’s life!

In 1980 Pastor Mark married his wife Brenda. In 42 years God has blessed their union with a son, daughter, and grandson. Mark has several passions he pursues in his free time: fishing, bicycling, and traveling with his wife, Brenda.

Matt has been at North Fairfield Baptist Church since June of 2004. He received his Bachelors Degree in Religious Studies in 2003 from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, KY, and completed his Master of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2015.  At 17 he accepted the call to full-time ministry and since then has served as a summer youth intern at two churches in Louisville, part-time youth pastor at McKee Baptist Church in McKee, KY, and has served as the Youth Pastor, Education Pastor, and Missions Pastor here at North Fairfield.  He currently serves as the Associate Pastor, with primary responsibilities in discipleship, missions and administration.  Matt is married to Theresa, a teacher in Fairfield, Ohio, and they have three children, Canaan, Tytus and Maecy.

Jeff joined the staff at North Fairfield in September of 2012. He felt God calling him and his family to join the team at NFBC and lead the Worship Ministry. Jeff believes that worship is much more than music. It’s a lifestyle devoted to what is most important to us. God has created us as worshiping beings and He desires that we worship Him with our lives. He believes that music is an important part of our corporate worship experience and that God desires that the songs on our lips be an overflowing expression of the love in our hearts for Him. Prior to joining NFBC, Jeff was Worship Leader at Fairfield West Baptist for 12 years. Jeff is married to Michelle and they have two girls, Emily and Maggie.
